All Vintage Heat Mystery Boxes are individually curated and made to order. Each box is put together specifically for the customer at the time of purchase, which is why delivery times may be slightly longer than with traditional retail. This lets us maintain a high level of consistency, curation and quality control on every order.

Estimated total delivery times are as follows:

Europe: approximately 1 to 2 weeks

Rest of the world: approximately 2 to 4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, box size, destination country and stock availability. Larger orders or purchases of multiple boxes may require additional preparation time, given the number of pieces that are individually selected and prepared.

Once your order has been prepared for shipping, we'll provide tracking information where available. If your tracking shows a status such as “label created” or “awaiting package,” it simply means your order has been prepared and is waiting to be picked up or processed by the carrier. Short delays between label creation and the first carrier update are normal.

For orders shipped outside Europe, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these estimated delivery times. Orders shipped within the stated time frames do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund or chargeback.
